Games
I worked on the UI, main game board, card, and main menu layouts for this game that was being made by a MFA student at Clark University.
My work on "Submachines: Totally Tanktical"
This was the first time I ever got to do level design in the Unity editor. It was very interesting to learn the different tools used for level creation, especially when the game we were making was so unique. The aim of the game is to build up the player's tank and then take it into battle against enemies. The enemies dropped parts that the player could then scavenge to put on their own tank. This meant that I had to think about how the enemy tanks were laid out a lot more, especially because the game has no form of elevation or slopes that the player tank can use for cover from the enemies.
On the top is the first fleshed out version of level 2 that was made for "Submachines: Totally Tanktical". There were few changes to this level's overall shape as it had a concept that was completely figured out by the time it started creation.
On the top is the first blockout for level 3 that I made for the game. This level had many different iterations, but eventually ended up as what is seen on the bottom.
